This single origin coffee comes from the Cerrado region of MInas Gerais state which is a biodiverse region. The coffee cherries are harvested when they are dried on the tree, allowing the extra time for the natural sugars and flavors to concentrate making this coffee a richer, sweeter cup with medium body and low acid.
